Is Every Bug Always Working?

In my own style, I prefer, you know, like, fixes always take priority over new work. What's the point of introducing new code that may be depending on some of this broken behavior? We're increasing the complexity of the problem by not fixing the issues. Now, is every issue equally severe? Of course not. But for my own internal development priorities, I do tend to prioritize issues I get that come up in the CI system or with a feedback loop from a firmware update.
