I like that example of the thick rubber band and the skinny one that stretches so easily. I just think it's so cool to apply some of those concepts to the body because it just paints a good picture too. If you're a baseball pitcher or a javelin thrower, you want those bands to be a little more,. To have a little more length or just to be able to pull. Well, maybe that's the best situation if you can create that. And it's interesting to think, I guess, based off, it does have so much based off the athlete in front of you.
