The Importance of Recommendations
The way that it works is I see a recommendation and then working backwards we can see the insights which is like the thinking behind the idea why we think we should do that. Each one of those insights would also then be connected to the evidence what's the you know so you say that this is the case but why do you think that? It really surprised me that I'd always been thinking as a UX process and then cleaning as a UX product until I came across an example where they were using it outside of the UX field.
