Is Prose Rhythmic Work?
I'm very interested in prose rhythm because I think it does work that propositional language doesn't. You don't always need to make words hang together in grammatical propriety as it were. And so you can tell story through image, through sound, through pattern - but you have to do it in three minutes rather than 500 pages. It's also having Robert, Jackie here really helped bring it together and bring in the emotional element as well. There's been fun. We just have to ban class. I'll take it on break. That's a good one.
