Scotus says that no one has been predestined only because somebody else's sin was foreseen, less than he wanted have reason to rejoice over the fall of another. The nature is not simply restored in the incarnation of Christ to its original Edenic state but it's both restored and elevated. So with Christ becoming incarnate, he does the restoring part with the redemption. And then the elevating part with the divinization.
