How Do You Maximize the Effectiveness of the Deadlift?

I wanted my belt to at least be three not just smaller than what it was on the squat you know because of those reasons smaller ways yeah. There there's this balancing act when you're dealing with strength that there's certain things that have to be done and drive that lift. The guy that I thought really kind of figured something that stuff out with that no any figure that was Andy BoltonYeah so do you remember Andy would just throw a squat bench or squat and they'll have them the same day that's what I figured out by the end  and then be bench on separate day and then you have like an assistance day work.
