The Importance of Volume in Muscle Training
There's two reasons for that. It could be simply that we haven't managed to get a sufficiently high enough level of centromotor quantum because of the way we've been training. But also, as you said, there's going to be regional hypertrophy occurring due to things like strength curve and various other factors,. depending on the joint. They're also going to affect which part of the muscle we're actually training. And that's going to, if we've been trained with the same exercises for two years or so, then obviously, there'sGoing to be scope for growth simply by changing the exercises that we're doing for those muscle groups.
