Jay Parini: I feel like we thought it was somebody else's job to cover the big golden spigot that went from Harlan Crow's backyard into the pockets of Supreme Court justices. One of the deep embarrassments, and I personally am embarrassed, is that some of this Leonard Leo Harlan Crow stuff was disclosed in 2011 and 2012 and 2007. This is not new.
