The Reliability of Information About War Crimes
There has been a living memory which perhaps should have allowed for this evidence of war crimes and crimes against humanity to have been uncovered sooner. And when they are found I mean they are very grim reminders in remote areas on the outskirts of villages of moments when whole communities turned on each other in a very grim way. But if you start asking enough people despite the fact it's as long ago as it is there will almost always be someone somewhere that knows something about it. The reliability of that information is often disarmingly accurate.
