The i m f and world bank don't take climate into consideration at all, or even think it's their problem. The return on investment for paying for interstructure in the caribbean that protects them against climate change is something like six to eight times what you pay up front. And so when a country like grenada is or barbadoes is in, you know, fiscal dire straits, the i m f goes in and gives them a work up and says, here's everything you're doing wrong. Here's how you can balance your balance sheet.
