So we create this situation where the show runner is using the talents of everybody in the room. And when they come into the room, it's agreed that that's the vision,. That's the person who we're working with and for. We would break those rooms up into groups of 25. The first round will have four rooms, four writers rooms,four writers rooms. In the beginning we'll have a room lead and each room could have a few key people to run them. Not traditionally, both writers would be working
