"We had Kaiser jumpers at Cal and if you could actually do like a tall dip, I think we, we didn't have or we had some glute hands that doubled as like some sort of dip type apparatus," he says. "I ended up doing like small scale, either tall dips or body swings between the Kaiser jumpers." He adds: "The athletes love it. And so like all this gymnastics stuff, they just absolutely ease it up".
