The Convert Forms in English and Other Languages

Some languages do inflect for person, and then there are some languages in the caucuses that are strongly pro-drop. And we'll talk about this in a little bit. The convert forms themselves can be either very simple, like they're basically, you know, two to four suffixes,. or they can be quite complex to manage things like co-reference. So, if you have a small number of converts, you're typically going to have one that represents simultaneous action. Then you're going to have a second one, which is basically anterior. It might be called perfective, and that was my example.
