Alex lawson is head of the rural agency at savilles. Says it's been a very busy first half of the year, but not more than long term average. Most people who are selling are either retiring or their selling through them as a result of death and an axtuonlly,. what's interesting is the balance of people we talk to buyers and sellers. A lot of buyers are farmers, existing farmers, ar looking to expand. And most recently, this this growth in interest from natural capital baes for reasons such as re wilding or planting trees.
