No company can be the richest where people can't be plucked and head headhunters. That's such a such a great irrelevant point. And I think you turn, especially like you said in millennials, in Gen Z and everybody else, that's important to them more so than it's been to any other generation. So that alone is worth investing in a campaign like this.
