If you don't have the equity, don't let your mind go there. Because it's not on the menu of available options. You're going to need to come up with 30, 35% of that secured against your residential home without violating what those lending rules are. And so it's not necessarily a given that you're going to get funding with a mainstream bank is what I guess I'm hinting at. But if you were not in that position where you had significant levels of equity or other assets that could be leveraged against to buy into commercial, talk to me about some of the other ways.
