The Importance of Treating Disabled People as Normal
If you can't pronounce somebody's name don't point out that it's foreign or unerf familiar. Old people get stereotyped simply because their functionality is presumed to be not that great. We need to become less micro aggressive and more experiential meaning that we expose ourselves to other people. If a Muslim woman wears a hijab they often say that people ask them if they're bald underneath or if someone is forcing them to wear it. Don't stare don't judge teach others now that i'm not somebody to be.
