Is It Possible to Rewire a Part of the Brain That Is Damaged?
There's a lot of what we would call plasticity, a lot of potential forca especially if the brain is damaged at an early age. In some cases you can completely rewire the brain where another part will perform similar function of the part which was removed. There are other less dramatic examples that happen all the time. If people lose their sight later in life, then the visual cortex will start to be recruited for other purposes.
