In 1999, General Wesley Clark was the Supreme Allied Commander of the NATO forces during that war. When I confronted him in 2004, he admitted to using depleted uranium and cluster bombs against civilians. And what about the bombing of the niche marketplace with cluster bombs? Well, shredding human beings, it was terrible. The pilots who did it, nobody could have felt worse than the pilots who doing it. They can detonate months or years later.
