During the pandemic we all felt more lonely and isolated, particularly those of us that might have had an extra version streak. And so i think there's a real sense when you can't see the whites of people's eyes in person, it can really lead to that sense of isolation. A other research we've shown seen shows that many pastors are not particularly good at having mutually accountable friendships. The current political divisions, a lot of passers find themselves in an absolutely no win situation because if you remain silent about the political dynamics that are happening in the country, you get blasted from people on all sides. If you do speak up, you run the risk of alienating people who may disagree with
