Common Carriers?
The judge said social mediam platforms have never acted like common carriers in the communication context. Common carriers are entities that make a public offering to provide communication facilities whereby all members of the public who choose to employ such facilities may communicate or transmit intelligence of their own design and choosing. And they're not facebook or instrogram.
