The Effect of Work From Home on Managers
People are seeking out certain types of managerial jobs in ways that they might not have done in the past. There is a broader range of people who are entering those managerial jobs and wanting to do them. I think more managers work from home because they're older and they have nicer, bigger houses. It would be awesome if more people were drawn to middle management by the prospect of being able to hang out with their kids or work dogs at home.
