I think that figuring out where your sales are coming from is probably one of the most important things that early creators can do. For some people like for gridfity like when I sell a template I just know the dollar amount it sold for and so I can kind of use that to proxy okay  is that a template that sold through gridfity but you marketed it on your blog or something? And then they're like okay yeah I was like the last click that person clicked on before they bought that template. But attribution and like marketing terms is difficult and it's the hardest thing about the affiliate side of my business too.
