The four, I guess this is an oligopoly on meat processing in the US Like you said, there's four processors. The cattle ranchers sell their cattle to these processors like 60 to 90 days before slaughter and they are fed absolute industrial garbage. So we see things like the beef initiative picking up where people are buying beef directly from the ranchers Or going through microprocessors instead. Regenerative agriculture is the idea that carbon-neutral ship has sailed That we need carbon-negative We actually need to sequester that carbon.
