The Beatles' Early Days in Hamburg
New document shows that the Beatles were paid for recording five songs in Hamburg in 1961 with Tony Sheridan without receiving any formal rights. This contradicts the belief that the band had a recording contract with Bert Camfort for the my Bonnie sessions as most books claimed. The amount of money they received from the recordings 175 Deutschmarks in total per person was previously unknown and only five songs were mentioned in the document not seven as previously thought the other two songs nobody's child and take out some insurance on me were not mentioned by Thorsten Nublach.
