The Teaching of Mori Ways of Knowing Things
In New Zealand they have a policy of introducing Māori ways of knowing into the curriculum. Seven prominent scientists in New Zealand wrote an open letter to one of the big magazines over there, Listner magazine. The idea that scientific truths are somehow local to a particular region is a travesty and nonsense says Professor Andrew Keen.
