Caitlin's Story in the Keystone State of Indiana

Caitlin is from Indianapolis, Indiana. She was driving through the mountains of Tennessee on her way to Chattanooga for a friend's baby shower. Caitlin says she had an hour and twenty five minutes to go before arriving at the hospital. But when she called her dad he said he was only fifteen minutes behind her.
