The Power of Emotional Connection in Entrepreneurship
I had this vision of creating a social network that was specifically tailored to language learners, where you would make a profile and join groups based on your interest. In hindsight, I was getting signals basically right at the gate that while I wanted to build that, that's not really what my customers wanted. You know, we can't get too emotionally connected to the first idea that we have. Instead it's about falling in love with the problems that you're solving and then spending time listening and having them help you to understand the right product you should be bringing to market.
