The Death Watch for Stocks That Are Going to Dilute Their Volume
At any given time, 20 or 30 stocks that are likely to announce and at the market offering, or they'r going to take some down off the shelf. I look at those because dilution is they issue more shares, but the value of the company hasn't changed. So if you double the number of shares, but your company isn't worth anything else, your shares are going to fall 50%. And i'll watch.
