I Think He Believes It. Is He a Project?

i have some reason to believe that he actually believes it. I don't, you know, i think that's partly cause he's not that sort of an analyst of things. He also has reason to stop there, because as far as his own project is concerned, it's sufficient to essentially justify what he's doing and justify him asking people to supportwhat he's doing. And so that means, no, donit, his a project.
