When people are saying oh my god it's already lost x amount of value let's say 20 percent 30 percent then they start making predictions about what is going to happen in the future. I really lucked out so 2001 was obviously September 11th that happened and that crashed the stock market. It's very hard to go against the grain but I think a lot of your listeners are people who are contrarian thinkersYou're probably going to make some good investments, he says.
