I think a problem that so many people have, whether it's thinking, worrying about and obsessing over money, or even like planning and not getting into action aroun something like a business. How many times have you procrastinated by reorganizing your systems? It's o sort of like give yourself a buffer for doing the thing that you know you got to do,. That's really going to move the needle for you. Getting into action is kind of that way, t like almost snap yourself out of that anxiety tunnel - while also minding ourselves. Because my approach is always one of gentle compassion and self loveyou can't heel hurt with more hurt.
