Percureum is the way you're sort of taught in law school. It's supposed to be the unified voice of the court. And so it's very strange that they package this as a percureum when there are concurrences and descents, yes. The first instance i can think of is bushve gore, where they made a five four opinion percurum. But then gorsich adding in his right, makes it clear that,. like, there is more than one voice talking about the iand theriferent ideas.
