Perform the following three exercises as a circuit, finishing the prescribed number of raps for each movement before moving on to the next. Only rests when needed. So you've got ketabe swaing 15 raps, gobble, squat by five reps and push up by five rups. Doesn't that sound familiar? Dan: The reason i didn't put the humane burpi into this article is it's too hard to explain and gets too long. I'd rather you do one good push up than ten push right? Right?
