Is 3 Percent Worthless?

One and a half percent is almost worthless, right? There's not a lot of bang for your buck there. Three percent is more worthwhile. 23% is reasonable in somebody with good kidneys because they're just going to peed out. The lesson I'm taking away is that you don't treat hyphenate, treat itself.
