The Extreme Bias Rule

The removal of friction is something we do too little off. If my own behavior is going to go by, I'm totally there. You know, could be one little thing that stops you that makes you think, oh, I'll come back to this later, then you're gone. Yes, you won't come back. People often ignore it because it feels fun and exciting as a marketing tool. That's what we feel reflects our own specialist skills. As marketers, it might not feel as exciting, but I think the removal of friction was huge. Huge.
