My definition of complaint is an energetic statement that focuses on what is missing and what you're lacking rather than what is present andWhat you're grateful for. We think on average, 45,000 thoughts a day, most of them are negative because of human's negativity bias. So the better thing to do is to catch the thoughts as they come out of your mouth to try and replace them with something positive.
