The Discordance of Central Review and Local Interpretation in Sarcoma Diagnosis

One of the key features of your analysis was the central review of pathology. We think of sarcoma as a diagnosis for which expertise is especially helpful, bearing in mind that the local sites here are still research institutions that likely have reasonable experience. What did you learn from the concordance or discordance of central review versus local interpretation in terms of the exact diagnosis of the sarcoma?
