The Evolution of Psychic Powers

If psychic powers really existed, we should expect to see everyone using them all the time. It is practically impossible for complex adaptations to arise without constant use. The only thing that this isn't considering is that if psychic powers are magic, then expect them to adhere to like understandable rules makes no sense. So there's no such thing as magic.
