I think we can often at least I used to approach shadow work in quite a kind of conceptual way and there was use to it. There's something in the way you're speaking about the kind of energetic metabolization component of it and how that can actually then we can access more of who we are. Maybe this can be a way of bringing in the the videos you've created around acupuncture points as well because I found those to be really reallyQuite brilliant actually I really enjoyed watching them so yeah but maybe carry on with points four and five and then we can weave in the acupuncture points and why they're so important too absolutelyYeah let's do that.
