We're Reading Jesus' Words Through Different Lenses
In the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, we don't read first and second Maccabees in church. The Lord even says in the 91st section of the Doctrine and Covenants that it would behoove us to read it. And so I think acknowledging that and reading it will really help us. So with that, let's jump into the time periods and the events between Malachi and Matthew.
