i used to be a convert, based on the work of charles murray from american enterprises secure. Now i'm convinced that people do need meaning in their lives. And what worries me with u b i is that if people are paid not to do anything, they will have a lot of time to spend doing nothing. So my suggestion for your friends on the left who insist that single payer system or socialized helscare is a good idea? Why not try it? There are democratic super majorities in california and god knows how many other states. Let's see if we have something to learn from each other.
