Is the Fermi Paradox a Simulation?
If I was doing a simulation why would I simulate all these relevant parts which are outside of my light cone? What do I care? Well you haven't, you've just painted them in. And who knows why they want us to believe that we're in a virtually infinite universe? Maybe it's just easier to fool an intelligent civilization that is naturally occurring if you pop it into what looks like a very, very big universe where lots of things can happen by random chance. But you're saying that this is what convinces you we are in a simulation in fact? I think it's a piece of evidence. It's a pieceof evidence I find quite compelling because I don't know of
