The austenan army does this and you know they get the best the best talent every year who want to be part of the army right. What we looked for was have they failed in life we just wanted somebody to like come and share a story of failure that was one thing that we constantly looked for in people. If they hadn't failed we wouldn't recruit them because they're going to fail every single day as being part of the Army. The journey for you is actually now it's really you're getting into this really exciting phase of the company but it's going to be about sustaining that growth that you've had, he says.
