There is a lack of training when it comes to missing person cases. When our community are reported missing, they are labelled as runaways. We also need to look at the reporting structure. A lot of jurisdictions require you to wait 24 hours before you can even fol ow missing percy's report. There 's not enough resources dedicated to that particular unit. It could be any one of us that could go missing, could be snatched or just disappear and we would want some one to take our case seriously.
