How to Adapt a Training Course to Your Business Needs
As a subject matter expert, you can adapt and evolve the course as you train it. If someone's just religiously sticking to an agender and going through motions, there's no benefit of its being alive. I think this is where having it delivered alive always has a slight edge. And i guess it depends on what you're looking for from it as well. For certain things, if it's a technique or something, then a video can be just fine,. But for training, and especially if you're new to something and you want bring yourself up to a level where you actually have a reasonable understanding of what's possible and what isn't...
