Is It a Centrifuse? Or a U Magnetics?

It's not a centrifuse, necessarilyi haven't seen the actual device. Probably it was a device that was supposedly developed in the 19 eighties by this company that clifford started called a u magnetics. It reminds me just of one of these companies that gets a lot of early stage funding, and then just before it's about to come out, it just collapses in on itself.
