You have to be public about it. Go build your audience and talk about what you're building. Daniel vasalo on twitter is one of the best at doing that. I wish i had done more of that at the beginning. Collect your email list. Just, like, learn about who they are and what they're doing. You don't need to ask em about will they buy your product or how much would they pay for it? Get to know these people because, like, you want to understand all those nuances in their life. And you might discover, like, wy, we should just pivot to doing this thing.
