Is DMU a Commodity or a Thing?

I feel like every time I see that there's a multi billion dollar fraud, there's a 50% chance that DME was involved. There is just so much complexity that suppliers and providers in the space have to manage through,. you know, order to fulfill a single patient order. DMU touches such a wide range of clinical conditions at different stages of life. The difference between a straight tip or a lubricated cudate tip catheter could be a huge difference on whether a paraplegic patient is getting six or seven infections per month by using the wrong types of products.
