How to Draw Out or Activate Gifts by Praying, Commanding or Laying Hands on a Consenting Christian?

In a small prayer group setting where everybody is informed about the gifts and there's not unbelievers present who are going to think you're crazy, I think you're okay, not having an interpretation. When it comes to healing,I think you can ask or command. You have authority. We see Jesus commanding illnesses and infirmities to be healed throughout the New Testament. But when it comes to impartation of spiritual gifts, I don't think commanding works there. So like in June, we're scheduled to interview Jackie Polinger, who is amazing. I'm going to ask her to pray impartation over me. It's going to be over the Internet because she's in Hong Kong
